Watercolor for the Intimidated

Any level of student is welcome. Students learn from each other as much as from the instructor.

I will start the beginners with demos of how to place paint on the palette, care of brushes, uses of paper and the "mechanical" aspects of painting.

More importantly, I love to give a sense of confidence to the beginner so that they can become self sufficient and use the skills for personal enjoyment. Being willing to experiment with paint (not a terminal result if there's a mistake) and paper leads to success! How colors mix, how lines work, looking for the shapes, and learning to look are all part of an enjoyable class!
