Tubac, Arizona

Where Art and History Meet

Tubac, Arizona was founded in 1752 by Spanish explorers and remains standing as Arizona's prime art community. Home of over ninety businesses, including working studios, galleries, restaurants, and curio shops, Tubac is a "must see" destination anytime you are in Southern Arizona.

Soak up the history and plan to spend your whole day in town as you explore everything Tubac has to offer. There are even bed and breakfast accommodations available if you're the type who doesn't like to be rushed. Swing by the Tubac Chamber of Commerce site to learn more, or just come on over and see for yourself. If you have an interest in art or history, I think you are going to love this town!

Many of the shops in Tubac are open year-round, but our busiest season runs from October through May. During that time, there are several festivals and fun events that you don't want to miss, including (but not limited to) Anza Days, Luminaria, Festival of the Arts, and ArtWalk. For more information on these and other great Tubac events, visit the Tubac Event Calendar over at the Chamber. You're sure to find something you'll love. And be sure to check back here occasionally. I'll post announcements of some of the more major upcoming events as they come along!

Upcoming Tubac Events:

Anza Days
October 21st and 22nd

See you there!
